Presenters, Catherine Luria & Kathy Varty
Service Associate, Ted Fahy
This Sunday at the Lake Chapala Unitarian Universalist Fellowship the focus of the service will be on Caring. Embedded in Unitarian Universalist values is an intention “to create and nurture sustainable relationships of care and respect, mutuality and justice.” LCUUF, years ago, established a Care Team composed of members of the Fellowship, continually demonstrating a commitment to being a caring congregation. The current co-chairs of the LCUUF Care Team, Kathy Varty and Catherine Luria, will each share aspects of the Care Team’s mission, function, and its current focus.
Fellowship member, the Rev. Tim Boeve will pick up the theme of caring in his message as he explores various aspects of care and how the Fellowship’s commitment to caring is essential for us and for our ministry of care to the Lakeside community that we cherish. Ted Fahy will be the Service Associate, and Juan Grattan will provide music on the piano.
All are welcome to the wheelchair accessible service that begins at noon in the sanctuary of St. Andrew’s Anglican church located at San Lucas 19, in Riberas del Pilar. The service is also broadcast via Zoom at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/233941792.
