Become a Member

Lake Chapala Unitarian Universalist Fellowship is a small community of shared hope. We ask that you take your time in getting to know us. Once you feel at home, becoming a member of this Fellowship is an important step, but it is only the first step.
We ask that those who choose to join our Fellowship do so with an open mind for new experiences, and that you grow in your chosen faith. More importantly, we ask that you find and share your special gifts and time with us.
Ours is a shared ministry with very active members. We are a small congregation, actually similar to a large family, therefore we need your participation, your energy, and your ideas.
How to Join
If you are considering becoming a member, please speak to our Membership chair Paula Odom, or to our Minister, Matt Alspaugh. Or write to info@lcuuf.org
STARTING POINT PROGRAM
Starting Point is a unique optional program offered each Spring and Fall. It is designed to:
- provide newcomers and long-time members with an experience of Unitarian Universalism not just information about it;
- bring new life to UU theology & history by framing it as “a theology of healing disconnection” ;
- leave participants with easy-to-remember and easy-to-share understandings of UU theology and history.
For More Information on the Program, contact LCUUF at info@lcuuf.org
