We are Lake Chapala UU Fellowship
We are an active and thriving spiritual community made up of people living along the shore of Lake Chapala, which is located near Guadalajara in Jalisco, Mexico. Most of us have migrated from other places in the world, where many of us grew up with or encountered Unitarian Universalism earlier in our lives. Some of us have discovered Unitarian Universalism here.
We are Unitarian Universalists
We are brave, curious, and compassionate thinkers and doers. We are diverse in faith, ethnicity, history and spirituality, but aligned in our desire to make a difference for the good. We have a track record of standing on the side of love, justice and peace. We are a caring, liberal, open-minded community that encourages you to seek your own spiritual path wherever it leads. If you’re searching for a spiritual home where people respect each other’s different beliefs and come together as one faith, without religious creed or dogma, you can find it here.
